These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the sale of products (“Products”) through the website https://veyumi.com (the “Site”), operated by Dravexa LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

- Customer: Any natural or legal person purchasing Products through the Site.
- User: Any person browsing or using the Site.
- Products: Goods offered for sale on the Site.

3. Scope of application
These Terms apply exclusively to online sales made through the Site. They are available on the Site at all times and must be accepted before placing an order.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
4. Product information
Products are described on the Site as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contract.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Products meet their needs before placing an order.
5. Orders
Orders are placed directly on the Site. Once confirmed, an order constitutes a binding contract.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

8. Returns and refunds
The Customer may request a return within 90 days of receiving the order, in accordance with our Refund Policy available on the Site.
Returned Products must:
- be returned within the applicable return window,
- be in their original packaging (where possible),
- include proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned Products.
9. Liability
We shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages,
- improper use of the Products,
- events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer’s statutory rights.
